A site whose only open issues are vulnerabilities for which no fixed version exists yet counts as healthy, with a grey label (“2 vulnerabilities, no fix available yet”). As soon as an update that fixes the vulnerability appears, the site moves to “needs attention” by itself. New filter “Waiting for update”. A critical vulnerability without a fix stays “needs attention”, with the advice to consider disabling or replacing the plugin.
