Uptime. A site only counts as offline when the website itself does not respond; a quiet WordPress cron is no longer treated as an outage. Earlier notices based on the heartbeat alone no longer count towards the uptime percentage.
Vulnerabilities. The column counts vulnerable components (plugins and themes) instead of individual reports. Only critical and high vulnerabilities make a site “needs attention”; medium and low are informational.
