Why a premium update can be missing, how to fix the licence, and how to install a new version with a ZIP upload.
Premium plugins and themes get their updates through their own licence. Verploy shows why an update is missing.
- Licence not active: the update is known, but no download is available.
- Part of the theme: the plugin is updated with the theme.
- No update channel: the plugin does not offer updates through WordPress.
Fix the licence
The button Log in to WP Admin signs you in to the licence setting in WordPress with one click, without a password. Each login is recorded, and the site owner can switch this off in WordPress.
Upload a ZIP
Download the new version from the vendor and upload it in Verploy. Verploy reads the version inside and installs it through the normal safe update. The ZIP is removed afterwards.
