For agencies

WordPress maintenance software for agencies.

One dashboard for all your client sites: safe updates, nightly backups, vulnerabilities, speed and uptime. Verploy does the checking after every update and only asks you when a decision is needed.

No credit card. Every update is checked, and the risky ones are tested on a copy first.

How it works

See Verploy in 80 seconds.

How an update is checked, tested on a copy when it is risky, and held back or rolled back when something looks off.

The problem

Maintenance is mostly checking

Updating plugins takes a minute. Checking afterwards takes the rest of the morning: does the homepage still load, does the contact form still send, does the shop still reach checkout? Multiply that by 20, 40 or 100 client sites and maintenance becomes the work nobody wants to do, and the work clients only notice when it goes wrong.

Verploy was built by a Dutch web agency that maintains WordPress sites for its own clients every day. It does that checking for you, on every site, after every update.

What you get

Everything an agency needs, on every plan

Safe updates

Every update is checked, and the risky ones (themes, page builders, shops, major versions) are tested on a private copy of the site first. If post-update checks detect a regression, Verploy attempts to restore the pre-update snapshot and reports the result. Review that result before considering the site recovered.

Nightly backups

Files and database every night, encrypted on the site and stored in the EU for 30 days. Restore per site, test a restore without touching the live site, or download any backup.

Vulnerabilities

Wordfence Intelligence data, grouped per vulnerability across all your sites. Fix with a tested update, or let Verploy fix high and critical issues automatically.

Health and speed

SSL, domain expiry, PHP version, uptime, broken links and Google PageSpeed scores every day, with alerts only when something needs you.

Client reports

White-label monthly reports in 10 languages, including English, Dutch, German, French and Spanish, plus a private client portal with the site’s status.

Built for teams

Owners, admins and members, an inbox with one item per cause, and alerts by email, Slack or your own webhook.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How many sites can I manage with Verploy?

You can start free on up to 3 sites. Paid plans are based on the number of sites (120 in Scale, more on request), and every plan includes all features. See pricing.

Does Verploy need access to my hosting?

No. Verploy works through the Verploy Connector plugin. It never asks for WordPress passwords or hosting logins, and every request between Verploy and the site is signed.

Is every update tested on a copy?

Every update is checked, and the risky ones are tested on a copy first. Small, proven plugin updates go live with a snapshot beforehand and a check afterwards. Detected regressions can trigger rollback; check the recovery result rather than assuming the site is restored.

Who is behind Verploy?

Verploy is made by EM Hosting & Design, a Dutch web agency and hosting company. We use Verploy on our own clients’ sites every day.

Your first successful check

Try the maintenance workflow on one client site

Start with a site you know well and keep updates manual while you evaluate. A connected plugin is the starting point. The useful result is an ordinary WordPress update or a successful test-only check, with evidence you can review.

  1. Connect and inspect. Add the site, pair the connector and read the connection check. Resolve a blocked connection before starting an update.
  2. Choose what matters. Pick an available update and review its risk. Check the pages included in the run and configure visitor checks for the important flows your site supports.
  3. Read the evidence. Open the completed run. Distinguish tested without going live, held back, deployed and rolled back. A skipped or inconclusive check is not proof that the flow works.
  4. Build your agency routine. Decide which sites can update automatically, which need review and how clients receive reports. Evaluate on your own sites before moving the rest of your portfolio.

Use the WordPress update checklist for your first run. For the order of staging tests and live checks, read how safe updates work. For run evidence, failed checks and recovery outcomes, read WordPress update monitoring for agencies. Comparing tools? See the ManageWP comparison.
