Email works, until it gets buried. Many agencies run on Slack or their own tools, and want site problems where the team already works.
Slack and webhooks
You can add up to three destinations per agency: a Slack channel or your own webhook. Each gets a minimum severity, so your team channel only hears about what needs attention, and a quiet log can receive everything.
Signed, so you can trust them
Messages to your own webhook are signed with HMAC-SHA256 and a timestamp. Your system can check that a message really came from Verploy before acting on it. Only https destinations are accepted.
Test it first
Send a test message to check that your setup works. When a problem is fixed, Verploy sends the all-clear too, so an open alert never just stays open.
